Please arrive around five minutes before your appointment so you’re ready to begin at your booked time. Sessions run consecutively, so please avoid arriving very early. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to prevent delays for the next family.

For the 20-minute Christmas Mini and 30-minute Santa session, please arrive fully dressed and ready to be photographed. There may be time to add or remove a simple layer, but a complete outfit or pyjama change cannot be guaranteed. If you would like different outfits, pyjamas, more family combinations or a more relaxed pace, please book the 40-minute Premium double slot.

All five scenes will be available, but the number photographed will depend on your chosen package, family combinations and how your children settle. The Premium double slot gives us considerably more time to create variety across the different scenes.

Yes. Sibling and immediate-family photographs are welcome. Please arrive ready to be photographed even if you’re unsure whether you want to join in—you may be very glad you did. For larger families, several sibling combinations or outfit changes, the Premium double slot is strongly recommended.

The sessions are designed for immediate families of up to five people. Please contact me before booking if your group is larger so I can advise whether the Premium double slot will provide enough time.

Soft neutrals, cream, beige, deep green, burgundy, traditional red and warm brown will complement the scenes beautifully. Avoid large logos, fluorescent colours and very busy patterns. You’ll receive further styling guidance before your appointment.

Please bring clean indoor shoes if they form part of your outfit, particularly during wet November weather. Bare feet, neutral socks or clean festive footwear can also photograph beautifully depending on the scene.

There is absolutely no pressure to sit beside Santa. The experience will be gentle and child-led, allowing your little one to interact from a distance until they feel comfortable. We can still create magical photographs through talking, waving, exchanging a gift or reading together.

Please don’t worry. Children are never expected to perform on demand. We’ll use play, conversation and gentle encouragement to capture natural expressions and genuine moments. If your child usually needs additional settling time, the Premium double slot will provide a calmer experience.

Bring anything that normally provides comfort, such as a dummy, favourite small toy, drink or snack. Please avoid snacks that are particularly messy or brightly coloured immediately before photographs.

You’re welcome to bring one small meaningful item, such as a favourite Christmas book, teddy or keepsake. Please let me know beforehand so I can consider how best to incorporate it.

Yes. Your package includes five edited digital images, or ten with the Premium session. Additional digital images are £15 each, and you can upgrade to the complete edited gallery for £85.

No. Only Sarah’s carefully selected and professionally edited finished photographs are supplied. Unedited or RAW files are not included.

You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can select the images included with your package and decide whether you would like additional photographs or the complete-gallery upgrade.

A 30% booking fee is required when booking to secure your chosen date and time. Your remaining payment information and full booking terms will be displayed during the booking process.

Please contact me as soon as possible. Because the Christmas studio is available for one limited week, alternative appointments will depend on remaining availability. Please do not attend if your child has a contagious illness.
